Returns and right of withdrawal

In accordance with European legislation, you have a period of 14 calendar days to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any justification. This period runs from the day on which you, or a designated third party (other than the carrier), take possession of the last item in your order.

Exercising your right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision in a clear statement (e.g. by e-mail or letter). You can also, but are not obliged to, use a withdrawal form.

Refund

In the event of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received, including standard delivery charges (with the exception of additional charges for more expensive delivery methods).

Refunds will be made within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the returned products or proof of shipment.

The refund will be made using the same means of payment as that used for the order, unless otherwise agreed.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

In accordance with current regulations, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for :

  • Sealed products cannot be returned once opened for reasons of hygiene or health protection.
  • Rapidly perishable products.

Defective or damaged products

If a product is received damaged or defective, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible to find a suitable solution (replacement or refund).

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return :

  • Products must be unopened, unused and in their original condition.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

Return procedure

  1. Contact our customer service for return instructions.
  2. Pack products carefully in their original packaging.
  3. Send the parcel as indicated.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, except in the case of a defective product or error on our part.
