4. Products and availability

Products are offered while stocks last. Each product is accompanied by a description, but the visuals presented are not contractual. Sales are restricted to countries where CBD products are authorized for sale and use.

5. Rates

Prices are quoted in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes. Delivery charges are added at the time of order, unless otherwise indicated.

6. Ordering and payment

To place an order, the buyer may need to create an account. Payment is currently made by :

The buyer has 14 days to exercise his right of withdrawal, in accordance with European legislation. Products must be returned unopened, in their original condition and with proof of purchase.

9. Delivery

Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order, in Spain and authorized European countries. Delivery times are given as an indication only. In the event of long delays, a suitable solution may be proposed.

10. Warranty

The products are covered by the legal warranties in force. In the event of a defect, please contact our customer service department.

11. Liability

Legendary Life GmbH accepts no liability for improper use of the products or violation of applicable laws.
