Is CBD legal in Spain?

Yes, all our products comply with current European legislation and the legal THC limits.

Can I smoke CBD on the street?

We advise against smoking CBD in public, even if it is legal, as it could lead to confusion due to its similar appearance to products containing THC. We also advise our customers to carry their original packets with them at all times, so that they can present them in the event of an inspection.

Can I drive after taking CBD?

As a general rule, driving after CBD consumption is not explicitly prohibited.

However, even if the products comply with legal THC limits and produce no psychoactive effect, consumption may result in the presence of traces of THC in the body. Under current legislation, driving in the presence of detectable substances may be punishable.

As a precautionary measure, we recommend that you avoid driving after consuming CBD. Always remain vigilant to ensure your safety and the safety of others.

What’s the difference between CBD and THC?

CBD (cannabidiol) is a non-psychoactive compound found in cannabis, known for its relaxing and soothing effects. THC (tetrahydrocannabinol), on the other hand, is psychoactive and produces a "high" effect. Our products contain only CBD, with no psychoactive effects.

What are the delivery times?

We do our best to deliver your orders within 1 to 3 working days of dispatch (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Why is the catalog different from that of CannabisKing.ch?

Our catalog is constantly evolving. We are gradually expanding our stock in Europe, as certain regulations do not allow products to be transferred directly between different countries.

Is payment secure?

Absolutely. We use an encrypted payment platform to guarantee the security of your transactions. Your bank details are never stored on our site.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with all the details. As soon as your parcel has been shipped, a second e-mail containing a tracking number will be sent to you. You can track your order in real time on the carrier's website.

Can I return a product?

Yes, you have 14 days to return an unused product in its original packaging and in perfect condition. Contact our customer service department to arrange the return.

What does print-on-demand mean for Cannabis King clothing?

Print-on-demand means that each item (clothing, caps) is produced only after you have placed your order. Unlike stock products, we don't keep these items in stock. They are made to order, then shipped separately from our production partner.

A note on each product page clearly indicates whether it is a print-on-demand item.
Please note that this process may result in a longer delivery time, usually between 6 and 9 working days.

Why are delivery charges billed in two parts?

We separate delivery charges to ensure faster shipping for different types of products:

• In-stock items: Available immediately, they are shipped directly from our warehouse (free for orders over €50).
• Print-on-demand items: Clothing and caps are produced especially for your order, without prior stock. They are therefore shipped separately, directly from the production site, and incur separate delivery charges.

The advantages of print-on-demand include more responsible production (no surplus), the guarantee of freshly made items, and a more exclusive offer. However, this method of production does mean longer delivery times (around 6 to 9 working days).

What is the return policy for print-on-demand items?

Because print-on-demand items are made specifically for you, we generally do not accept exchanges or returns, except in the case of a manufacturing defect, printing error or damaged product.

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you encounter a problem with your order, please contact us by e-mail at info@cannabisking.es. We will do our best to find a solution if possible.

What should I do if I have a problem with my order?

Problems with your order? Don't panic! Contact our customer service department as soon as possible. Whether it's a damaged product or a shipping error, we'll find a solution. You'll be able to get a replacement product or a refund, as the case may be.
