You’re about to take part in an exciting and fun online game where you can test your skills, challenge your friends and win rewards. Before you begin, please read carefully the following terms and conditions governing your participation in the game.

– By registering for the game, you agree to abide by the game rules, the website terms of use and the privacy policy.

– You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your country to participate in the game. You must also have a stable internet connection and a device compatible with the game.

– This competition is open to participants living in France. Anyone can play, but only the best scores with an address in France will qualify to win one of the 3 prizes.

– You may not use the Game for any illegal, fraudulent, malicious or unethical purpose. You may not cheat, manipulate, disrupt or interfere with the game or the experience of other players.

– You accept that the game organizers reserve the right to modify, suspend or cancel the game at any time and without notice, for technical, legal or other reasons. You also agree that the game organizers shall not be held liable in the event of technical problems, bugs, viruses, hacking or any other cause beyond their control affecting the game or your participation.

– You agree that the game organizers may collect, process and use your personal data in connection with the game, in accordance with the privacy policy. You also agree that the game organizers may contact you by e-mail or by any other means to inform you of the result of the game, send you promotional offers or invite you to participate in other games.

– You agree that game rewards are awarded according to the criteria defined by the game organizers and are subject to availability and validation. You also agree that game rewards are neither exchangeable nor refundable and that you are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with their receipt.

– Participation runs from December 13, 2023 9:00 am (UTC+1) to February 13, 9:00 am (UTC+1). The three highest scores will each receive a prize from 1 to 3. In the event of equal scores, a draw will be held to decide between them.

– Only each player’s best score will be taken into consideration. Cannabis King employees are not allowed to participate in the contest, to ensure fairness and transparency of the selection process. Their scores, if any, will not be taken into consideration.

– You can, of course, play as many times as you like.

MODIFICATION OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

The Vendor may modify these General Terms and Conditions of Sale from time to time. The version in force at the time of the order shall prevail in the contractual relationship between the Buyer and the Seller.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

All legal recourse is excluded.

In the event of a dispute, the General Terms and Conditions of Sale in force at the time of purchase shall be used as the legal basis.

The applicable law is French law and any dispute will be handled by the Tribunal d’arrondissement d’Alsace.
