This period runs from the day on which you, or a designated third party (other than the carrier), take possession of the last item in your order. <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exercising your right of withdrawal<\/h4>\n\n<p>To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision in a clear statement (e.g. by <strong>e-mail<\/strong> or <strong>letter<\/strong>). You can also, but are not obliged to, use a withdrawal form. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refund<\/h3>\n\n<p>In the event of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received, including standard delivery charges (with the exception of additional charges for more expensive delivery methods).<\/p>\n\n<p>Refunds will be made within <strong>a maximum of 14 days<\/strong> from receipt of the returned products or proof of shipment.<\/p>\n\n<p>The refund will be made using the same means of payment as that used for the order, unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exceptions to the right of withdrawal<\/h3>\n\n<p>In accordance with current regulations, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Sealed<\/strong> products cannot be returned once opened for reasons of hygiene or health protection.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Rapidly perishable<\/strong> products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Defective or damaged products<\/h3>\n\n<p>If a product is received damaged or defective, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible to find a suitable solution (replacement or refund).<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Return conditions<\/h3>\n\n<p>To be eligible for a return :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Products must be <strong>unopened<\/strong>, <strong>unused<\/strong> and in their original condition.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Proof of purchase<\/strong> must be provided.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Return procedure<\/h3>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Contact our customer service<\/strong> for return instructions.<\/li>\n<li>Pack products carefully in their original packaging.<\/li>\n<li>Send the parcel as indicated.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Return shipping costs<\/h3>\n\n<p>Return shipping costs are at the customer&#8217;s expense, except in the case of a defective product or error on our part.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Returns and right of withdrawal In accordance with European legislation, you have a period of 14 calendar days to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any justification.
